Comic book fact checking time!

Random canon question I'm not sure any of you will remember. In the JSA Annual #1 (and the issue or two directly after) from a few years ago where Power Girl winds up on Earth-2 and there are shenanigans, the main super-hero team was the JSI, which I assume was a combination of the JSA and Infinity Inc. I know that Jade and Syl were alive there, but does anyone remember if Dr. Midnight (Beth Chapel), Wildcat II (Yolanda Montez) or Northwind (Norda Cantrell) were on the team, or mentioned in any capacity? This is relevant for a post I am thinking about making when I get back home from Secret Canadian's.
