I'm not going to go into all the comics I read today (from the past three weeks), but I needed to talk about JSA All-Stars #8. I am not sure how I feel about this plot so far; I will have to see how it pans out. But while it is not quite as great as my fanon that he's been living in his mother's basement, Hank King hanging out in South America having another moral crisis while having white-boy dreads is KIND OF GREAT. I hope he winds up part of this whole "getting the band back together" thing going on lately.
Downside: CYCLONE BETTER BE OKAY OR I AM GOING TO BE SO CROSS. SO CROSS.
I still have no idea what's going on in JLA, but I kind of enjoyed it anyway, even though it is crap. The Dex-Starr bit at the end of Green Lantern #55 was a sibling of "Virtute the Cat Explains Her Departure". I did not like Adventure Comics #516 very much. I read some other comics, but don't have as much to say about them. And Booster Gold #34 included the line "Look, I don't know what bug you've got up your butt today -- Wow, that was a poor choice of phrase." and I laughed a lot.
